JJGame will disclose personal data to regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts or other competent authorities where required by applicable law or where JJGame reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to prevent crime, protect persons from harm, or enforce our Terms & Conditions.
6.3 Business transfers:
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of JJGame's business, personal data held by JJGame may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections. Users will be notified of any such transfer and its implications.
JJGame does not sell personal data. We do not share your gaming history, financial records or personal details with advertisers or data brokers for their own commercial purposes.
JJGame operates as an international platform. Personal data may be processed and stored on servers located outside Pakistan, including in the jurisdiction where the Operator holds its operating license and in locations where our service providers operate.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, JJGame takes appropriate steps to ensure that such transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection standards. These steps may include contractual clauses with receiving parties, adequacy assessments or other applicable safeguards.

JJGame retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

JJGame is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 18, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law.
If JJGame becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the minimum eligible age, that data will be deleted as promptly as possible, the associated account will be closed, and any deposited funds will be returned (net of any winnings, which will be forfeited).

Payment data processed through the JJGame Cashier is handled with particular care given its sensitive nature.
12.1 Full payment card numbers and sensitive authentication data are not stored on JJGame servers. Payment card transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors, and card data is tokenised prior to any storage by JJGame.
12.2 For payment methods referenced as familiar to Pakistani users — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, Raast transfers and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — transaction data is shared with the relevant payment processor solely to facilitate the requested transaction. These references are provided as familiar payment context only and do not imply that any provider endorses gambling activities.
12.3 Cryptocurrency transaction data (for BTC, ETH, USDT and other supported networks) includes wallet addresses and transaction hashes. Note that blockchain transactions are publicly visible by nature; JJGame has no control over the public visibility of on-chain data.
12.4 Payment records are retained as specified in Section 8 to comply with financial record-keeping and anti-money-laundering obligations.

No information security system is infallible. In the event of a personal data breach that creates a risk to your rights and freedoms, JJGame will notify affected users and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Where the platform contains links to other websites, those websites are not under JJGame's control. This Privacy Policy applies solely to jjgame.cam and the JJGame platform. JJGame accepts no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of linked external sites.
JJGame reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
