This document sets out the legally binding terms that govern your use of the JJGame platform. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. Your continued use of JJGame constitutes acceptance of these terms.

JJGame is strictly for adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Underage access is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements, contribution rates, maximum bet limits during bonus play and expiry periods. Attempting to abuse bonus systems will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account suspension.
Users must use payment methods registered in their own name. KYC documentation is required before withdrawals are processed. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are shown in the live Cashier.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, money laundering and any attempt to exploit system errors are all strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. JJGame will never ask for your password. Report any unauthorised account activity to support immediately.
Disputes are handled through the operator's internal complaints procedure in the first instance. The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to these Terms are as specified in Section 15 below.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and JJGame (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at jjgame.cam.
JJGame is an online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino games, slots and related entertainment products. This website and its associated services are intended for informational and entertainment purposes for adults in eligible jurisdictions. By accessing, registering on, or using the JJGame platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Important notice for users in Pakistan: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts certain gambling activities. JJGame does not claim authorisation by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so. These Terms do not constitute legal advice.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

| Wagering Requirement | The total amount a User must bet through qualifying games before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. |
| Wallet | The Account balance held on the platform, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus balances. |
3.1 By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by continuing to use the Services, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
3.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must immediately cease using the platform.
3.3 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and JJGame with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior representations, understandings or agreements.
3.4 JJGame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 16 for further detail.
4.1 Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's license conditions, to register an account and use the Services. JJGame reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
4.2 Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of online gaming services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. JJGame does not represent that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.
4.3 One account per person: Each User may hold only one registered account. Creating duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.4 Acting for yourself: You confirm that you are registering and acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any person found to have registered while under the minimum age requirement will have their account immediately closed. Any real-money funds deposited by an underage user will be returned; any winnings generated will be forfeited.
5.1 To access the Services, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing your true legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share these with any third party.
5.3 You must notify JJGame support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. JJGame will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
5.4 JJGame staff will never ask for your password by any means of communication. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.
5.5 KYC verification: JJGame reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address) at any time and in particular prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.
6.1 Deposits may be made using the payment methods shown in the live Cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods vary and are subject to change. The following are referenced as familiar payment options for users in Pakistan; their inclusion is for informational context only and does not imply that any provider endorses or supports gambling transactions:
6.2 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and fund investigation.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier. PKR-denominated limits are indicative and subject to change; the live Cashier is the authoritative source.
6.4 Cryptocurrency deposits: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network. JJGame does not guarantee the availability of cryptocurrency deposit methods in your jurisdiction. Exchange rate volatility means the PKR value of your deposit may differ between initiation and confirmation. Users must verify the correct network (e.g., TRC-20 vs ERC-20 for USDT) before initiating a transfer. Funds sent to an incorrect network address may be permanently lost.
6.5 JJGame is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure or network congestion beyond our reasonable control.
7.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification in accordance with Section 5.5. JJGame reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification is completed.
7.2 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account or, where no prior deposit method is on file, to a method verified in your name through the KYC process.
7.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. These are displayed in the Cashier and are subject to change.
7.4 Processing times for withdrawals are operator-provided and indicative. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method, the volume of requests, KYC status and any fraud-prevention checks in progress.
7.5 JJGame reserves the right to delay, suspend or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, account compromise or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
Bonus balances and winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions including wagering requirements and maximum cash-out caps. These are specified in the bonus offer terms at the time the offer is presented. See Section 8 for detail.
8.1 JJGame may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other incentives from time to time. The specific terms of each offer — including eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet during bonus play, game contribution rates, expiry periods and maximum cash-out — are set out in the relevant offer page and must be read in full before the offer is accepted.
8.2 Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and free-spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 in total qualifying wagers must be completed. Actual requirements are specified in each offer.
8.3 Maximum bet during bonus play: Placing a bet exceeding the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active (commonly PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per round, as specified in the offer) may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
8.4 Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots commonly contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Refer to the specific bonus terms for the applicable contribution table.
8.5 Bonus abuse: JJGame reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting system errors, placing low-risk bets that do not constitute genuine play in the context of the promotion, or using automated software.
8.6 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the wagering requirements applicable to the specific offer.
9.1 All gaming activity on JJGame is subject to the rules of the individual game or sports market as displayed at the time of play. Game-specific rules, payout structures and bet settlement procedures take precedence in the event of any ambiguity.
9.2 Sports betting: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body. In the event of a disputed result, JJGame will refer to the official governing body ruling. Markets not explicitly covered by standing rules will be settled at JJGame's reasonable discretion.
9.3 System errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction or connectivity failure that affects game outcome integrity, JJGame reserves the right to void the affected bet and return stakes. Exploiting a known system error is prohibited conduct under Section 10.
9.4 Odds changes: In live betting markets, odds are subject to change in real time. Bets are accepted at the odds confirmed at the time of placement. JJGame does not guarantee that odds available at one moment will remain available.
9.5 Bet limits: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and casino products and are displayed within the relevant game interface or market. JJGame reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
JJGame maintains the right to share relevant information with payment providers, regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies where fraud or financial crime is suspected. Suspected criminal activity will be reported without prior notice to the account holder.
11.1 All content on the JJGame platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game designs, logos, trademarks, text and data, is the property of JJGame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any content from the platform.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of platform content or intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and applicable law, and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
12.1 JJGame provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Services.
12.2 JJGame shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity or any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, whether foreseeable or not.
12.3 JJGame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total funds deposited in your Account in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (e.g., personal injury or fraud).
12.4 JJGame is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, third-party payment processor outages or any force majeure event beyond our reasonable control.
Gambling involves risk. No outcome is guaranteed. Financial losses are a normal and inherent consequence of gambling. JJGame accepts no liability for losses resulting from gaming outcomes. Please gamble responsibly and within your personal financial means.
13.1 JJGame is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform makes available a range of responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account dashboard.
13.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to circumvent the restriction by registering a new account or accessing the platform through any other means. Any such attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms.
13.3 JJGame encourages any user who believes their gambling is causing harm to themselves or others to use the available tools and to seek support from recognised organisations. Further information is available on our Responsible Gambling page.
13.4 Adults only: JJGame is strictly for adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Use of the platform by minors is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
14.1 Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting JJGame support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided there are no outstanding investigations. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
14.2 Closure by JJGame: JJGame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice in the event of: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC, registration from a prohibited jurisdiction, or for any other reason at JJGame's reasonable discretion.
14.3 Upon closure of an Account by JJGame for cause (including but not limited to fraud or prohibited conduct), any balance in the Account may be retained pending investigation or permanently forfeited.
14.4 Obligations that by their nature should survive account closure, including those relating to intellectual property, liability limitations and dispute resolution, shall continue in effect following termination.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating license, as notified to users through the Operator's license disclosure. JJGame does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of every jurisdiction from which the platform is accessible.
15.2 Internal complaints procedure: In the event of a dispute, you should first contact JJGame support with a full description of the issue. JJGame will acknowledge your complaint and provide a substantive response within a reasonable period. All complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected].
15.3 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body or regulatory authority applicable under the Operator's license, details of which are available from customer support upon request.
15.4 Nothing in this section restricts your right to bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in your location.
16.1 JJGame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file, via a prominent notice on the platform, or both.
16.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16.3 If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Services and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 14.1.
